Location: Less than 70 steps away from a picture perfect private beach. you will pass some beautiful structures, including ancient Mayan ruins. A 100m further 5th avenue begins…. 5th Ave is the heart of Playa Del Carmen, filled with tourist shops, restaurants, entertainment, and other adventures.

Casa Passalacqua offers two unique highlighted features:

1) This three story villa hosts a large jacuzzi with a waterfall cascading from the second floor. This Jacuzzi also offers spectacular views of the ocean and the surroundings. Several guests enjoy it so much that they prefer staying in the jacuzzi rather than going to the beach. It is an amazing experience.

2)Casa Passalacqua hosts a enormous display window show casing a majestic ancient live jungle tree. It is a treasure for the eyes every time you pass it. At night it is even more beautiful with its illuminating lights. This window display starts on the first floor (near the kitchen) and stems up over the second floor (mater bedroom). It is an artpiece, an attraction of its own.
