Casa Colandrea is a luxurious four-bedroom Mexican vacation villa comprised of two levels on the interior and embracing a private courtyard and private swimming pool outside. It is situated within an exclusive, gated community of Playacar. The villa is made with the finest quality materials. Marble floors can be seen throughout the home. The upgraded full-service kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area leads you to sliding glass doors, taking you right to the private courtyard, which is lushly landscaped with a wide variety of tropical plants. Built right by the private swimming pool is an authentic Mexican palapa hut. Under it, an outdoor dining area which will comfortably seat six or more?perfect for a great family barbeque. Your Mexican vacation villa 'backyard' also consists of several lounge chairs for sunbathing. The main floor of Casa Colandrea has a dramatic two-story family room with a detailed, wrought iron open staircase leading to a second floor landing.
